		<description>This is so true. I accept this article word to word, though I must later think on acknowledgment reducing anonymity and irrelevance (that being my research area - anonymity). 

However, I must say acknowledgment is not just limited to feedbacks on performance or the daily hellos and good-byes. It begins much before you know who you are dealing with, and then you know them, making acknowledgment more of a formal routine. 

I am still learning management, but I have ventured into writing some stories that quote the significance of certain issues. My story on acknowledgment is at http://relishingsenses.wordpress.com/2009/12/22/acknowledgement/

I would really like you to read it and share your thoughts in a more generic sense.
