		<description>One of the biggest demotivators that I see go unresolved are demotivating people. You know the ones. They complain, they whine, and they mumble a lot. They spend more time with those things than actually doing work.

In such cases it&#039;s management&#039;s responsibility to take action even if it means firing the person. And yes that means some short term problems like interviewing, hiring, and training a new person, but it&#039;s worth it in the long run and will send a positive signal to everyone else.
