Active Listening
Active listening is when the listener focuses on the speaker and his message while using verbal and non-verbal cues. The purpose of active listening is to display interest in what is being said and to ensure a mutual understanding of the message.

Negative feedback is identifying a situation or behaviour that requires improvement. “Negative” feedback does not judge a situation or behaviour to be “bad;” rather, it recognizes that the situation or behaviour could be improved.
