		<description>Thanks for a great article. I teach pat testing courses and it is sometimes a problem for me when phones go off during a demonstration. I always stop and wait-sometimes I try to make light of it, but it&#039;s always inconvenient.

I have a slide which I put up at the start, which has symbols for the toilets, fire escape, no-smoking etc, so I always ask people to switch their phones onto silent mode at the same time I tell them where the restrooms are, and what to do in the event of an evacuation.
